I hate to hear this. After what we've been thru it doesn't shock me. The 83 year old that killed Steve was not charged with anything.

It is so sad.  I cannot see why no charge.  Steve deserved better than that.  At least an illigial  lane change, careless driving, something like that.  If I drive my semi in the left lane in some states, I get a ticket.  Three of those in two years, and get a vacation from driving.
Yet, you can turn, where there is no place to turn, and kill a human being, and NO CHARGE???  What is wrong with this picture?
