Hi all,

Been a while since I have posted on board, and been busy. Just arrived home last night from my first real road trip with my two older brothers. We ventured out to the “devils hwy”   Evil  located in Arizona just outside of Springerville, AZ. Our first day we traveled from Denver, CO to Albuquerque, NM and stayed at the Route 66 hotel and casino on I-40, which was a eight hour ride. The next day we only had to go four hours to Springerville and stayed at a motel named “Rode Inn”. We got up and went to tame the devil down hwy 191, total drive was about 256 miles full circle, lots of twisties and curves just like deals gap so I’ve heard. But we decided to ride back the way we came down that morning. Ate lunch at the bottom of the loop at a town called Morenci Motel and Restaurant, which was very good!!!!! We gas up and headed back, I think the whole time we were on the road, there was four cars and three motorcycles we passed the entire day. When arrived back, we went to a bar n grill in town and had a nice dinner and a few beers.  The next day we then headed back home and again stayed at the Route66 Hotel that night. We stopped for a quick breakfast and headed for home. At one point we stopped at a rest area and ran into a couple of guys and was talking about our valks, come to find out it was “Beekeeper”   coolsmiley and “Magoo”   coolsmiley. It was very nice to meet them. Later we stopped in Las Vegas, NM to gas up and eat there, we were just bout to head out when a gentleman came over and introduced himself as “Misfit”  coolsmiley and his daughter. He said they were heading to a bbq in a town about a hundred miles from there, and asked us if we wanted to come to the bbq, but my brother had to be back at work and had to get back home. As we left the restaurant I saw all the valks they all rode in on, filling up the parking lot, and that was the most valks I’ve ever seen in one place!!!!!!!!!!! We arrived at home just at sunset and reflected back on our journey I’ve wanted to do for a long time. We had no problems, no rain, and looking forward to my next trip on my valk!!!!!!!!!!!   cooldude

It was nice to meet you and your brothers. I hope you can ride down to Tucumcari with us next Memorial weekend. In the mean time send me your phone # or call me at 719-650-9648 and maybe we can hook up for a local ride. I can also put you in touch with some VRCC members in your neck of the woods. coolsmiley

How about this many...

That was Inzane 3. in the Wal-Mart parking lot, just before the 1000 Valk march.  As I remember, there were 858 Valks on that ride.

THAT was awesome.
