God bless Malcom Smith, et al, for standing up to Big Brotherism at it's dumbest.  Maybe he'll run for Senate in TX. since our incumbents are just too comfy with rule by decree to represent we, the people.

That is what happens when our ignorant lawmakers pass laws without reading or understanding them.  Vote them all out is the only solution.  They have known about this problem for some time now and have still done nothing.

The only thing that will get their attention is to get them out of office.  I say next time vote for who ever spends the least on his campaign.  These fat cats need to go.
