Front Brake Chatter

I'm getting front brake chatter when light pressure stopping. Applying harder pressure it stops smoothly, only with light pressure does it do this. After installing new pads and getting heated
they start. I can't figure what I may have done wrong. TIA
PS. OEM pads installed.

Maybe nothing wrong, might need time to get seated in. Make sure that they do stop and release properly and there are no clearance issues and your good to go.
