Went to the Breast Cancer ride. It was hot. But, good ride, plenty of BBQ, a few beers. The band was one of the better locals, but by the time they started, I had all the heat I needed. Brought the wife a pink bandana home.  At the first stop, a real nice looking harley had had one of his mufflers sneak out. I offered some tools, but he thought it would slip back on and make it home.  I walked on and snickered to myself.

Seems like you fulfilled your biker duty.  Since he declined, I would suggest you reference your avatar.
(That's a really cool gif, by the way.)

Like your gif too, Rocketman!  My son and his wife both work for Lockhead/NASA in Houston.

Forgot to mention. At one of the stops, I came out and some guys were looking at the Valk. One turns to the other and says, "Tom, that is one bike that'll beat yours. It's a 6 cyl."
I grinned a bit and rev'd her abit when I left.

Those moments are always great.  I had a gal walk up to me as I was walking in to work recently, and said, "So you're the one with the pretty bike out there."  I tried to be gracious, and said, "One of them, yes."  She pressed, "But yours is the prettiest."
Looks aren't usually on my list of important stuff, but that's still a nice compliment.

Dag made the gif for me.  I'd never bothered to set one up, and he sent that to me and beat on me till I uploaded it.  Looks cool, though.
I used to work for Lockheed, but now I'm with a different NASA contractor.  The NASA contractor companies around here change almost as fast as the banks.

The prettiest?Kiss Wasn't that sweet of her!!

Guess it's better than "the ugliest" but would have preferred "the sexiest" or "the baddest", or Bill, or George, anything but Sue. crazy2

I had a woman walk up to me recently and say "That sure is a pretty bike; what kind of Harley is it?"  I responded that it wasn't a Harley, it's a Honda Valkyrie.  Her response - "Oh ... well ... it's still pretty"!

Sheesh!

What's the matter?  You don't want to ride a pretty lady?
You're just jealous.
