Many of you may know I’m been in court battle for almost three years know over some bad advise from an attorney who put herself out as an elder law attorney, anyway it has cost my family dearly. My Dad is being well cared for, but was pretty rough for a well to get him the coverage needed. Anyway I’m headed to an attorney’s office for mediation, hoping for a settlement to avoid trial. If you wouldn’t mind say a prayer that God give the attorney’s the wisdom to see and do what’s right and to open the heart of the person who did us wrong. She’ll either admit her wrong on this earth on judgment day, then it may be too late. I’d rather her do it today please. Oh, and for me to have the strength to be one tough little cookie today because I’m not going to let them see me as weak in any way.

Thank you all for your prayers. I could feel the strength they gave me today. Unfortunately, at the end of the day we weren’t able resolve anything. Not sure why we event went. Because of the confidentiality thing I can’t tell you all I really want to. This whole thing has been one BIG mess and nothing has been easy or simple; with that said, if we had a good outcome today I probably would have been posting this from an ER someplace from heart failure. I’m not surprised how the day ended. God does have a sense of humor and the devil is seeing his prey cause she’ll be his. I sure want to be a mouse in the room when she (the plaintiff) goes before her maker. Just sayin’.
