a summary of where I am with my mods. bought magnacharger, had honda shop put it on (mistake). blower leaked oil. I took it off, returned bike to stock. got bloer back, put back on , still leaked. oil. blower is back to bill. While the bike is setting there i decide it woul be a good time to check the valves. One problem, in putting the pulley on the honda shop took of the plate under the timing cover that has the marks on it. my question is how do I adjust the valves? Am i correct in assuming if you take the whole front belt cover off and the mark on the cam gears align with the mark on the edge as shown in the shop page that means that one set of valves is at top dead center? My other option is to go to the shop and make them do it. does anyone else with a magna charger have this issue. Thanks in advance.

Sorry to hear all the problems you are having with the blower drive, hang in there man, good question on the new belt pulley, i think i found that on the inside stock belt pulley it had a index mark that lined up on the engine case, i had to find compression stroke and checked for # 1 line up on that mark, i had marked the Magnacharger pulley in 3 parts like a pie to run the firing order, whats up with the blower leaking all the time ? cant imagine the 4 bolts under the blower 3-4 times i think i would have passed out from frustration  Undecided

Bill called today they rebuilt the seal in the blower and are sending it back. As for the 4 bolts, I will I had hands like the guy on the burger king ad. The Problem is that untill you get some resistance a ratchet doesn't work. I've got it down to about 2 hours.  the problem is it is now getting very hot in houston. much beer.

... check the running mate, when the valves for one cylinder of the two are "on the rock" (exhaust closing, intake opening) the running mate will be on base circle (transition from compression to power stroke) ....
