Now kids can feel like they're really "on the open road" with the realistic Ducati Monster Motorcycle Ride-on. With exciting, bold colors, slip resistant tires, a durable frame and front and rear shocks, the Ducati Monster is set to take on grass, dirt or hard-surfaced terrain. Your little racer will love the "twist grip" accelerator and separate brake pedal. They'll impress all their friends with the working horn, electronic engine sounds, adjustable rearview mirrors and front headlight. A 12-volt battery and two robust motors provide the power for two-speed action. The fun begins at start-up: diesel engine sounds, a push-button horn and blinking lights. It even has adjustable seats, so it grows with your child. Plus, it's equipped with training wheels and a high-speed lockout for beginners.

We were pedaling BMX bikes as a kid and thought we were cool.
note cards, leaves, or sticks in the spokes to make it sound cool.
Flashlights bungee corded to the handlebars for night riding.
Kids today are really lucky.

Shoot d00D! I'm way older than you - they had QA50s and all kinds of other scooters
when we were little, you just had to be a member of a family that could buy
things like that for their kids.

I just dreamed about it until my paper route brought in the 1972 yamaha 100, but I
was fourteen by then.

I remember wishing they made these when I was a kid...

WOW!  That one is really hard-core with the metal forks and all.  I had one just like it when I was a kid.  I just assembled one of those for my 4 year old daughter this weekend.  Of course it was all pink and was the "princess" editiion of the Original Big Wheel...with plastic forks of course.  She takes it to the top of the biggest, steepest hill in our yard and rides it down with her feet in the air.  I don't even know why they put pedals on those things. 2funny
