Sad day here in Michigan...one of our members has passed due to injuries sustained in an accident on his bike...Bob Wright was an outstanding member of the Grand Rapids Road Ryders (a MiVRCC Chapter) and good friend to not only Gary House, Scott Lane and big Doug but all Michigan VRCC members, he will be sorely missed.

Here is the report from the local news station

HOLLAND, Mich. (WZZM)- A Holland woman is facing new charges for a crash that killed a Holland man.

Angel Heisler is now charged with driving on a suspended license, causing death and serious injury. Prosecutors changed the charges Friday after the motorcyclist she hit died from his injuries.

Investigators say Heisler turned into the path of Robert Wright's bike on 136th Avenue Wednesday. Wright was thrown from the motorcycle, along with his passenger, Lisa Dagsen of Holland.

Wright died from his injuries Thursday. Dagsen is at Holland Community Hospital. Her condition was stable Friday night.

Thoughts and prayers from Pittsburgh.....

I hope the individual responsible is held fully accountable.  What kind of lame charges are those they charged her with??   She should have been locked up from the git go.....

I think I should have no other mortal wants, if I could always have plenty of music. It seems to infuse strength into my limbs and ideas into my brain. Life seems to go on without effort, when I am filled with music.
