Just received the following post on Face Book from Lil' Mac's mom:

HAD A GREAT DAY! GOT TO HOLD MY BABY GIRL FOR THE FIRST TIME!!! AND SHE GAINED WEIGHT GOD LOVE HER!! LOVING MIKE AND MACKENZIE!!!

Thank you all for your continuing prayers. That little girl is definitely gonna be a fighter. lol  She's over 2lbs, dark blue eyes and blond hair(all subject to change). I am very grateful to have this extended family called the VRCC. Hope to see you all at IZ in a few weeks.

2#'s!!

How premature is she?  I know how difficult it can be with a pre-me. My son was 1# 8oz.  Another girl in the neo natal ICU was 12 ounces!!  Think of that the next time you drink a can of pop!  She went home before my son did, from what I’ve been told over the years, she's doing fine!

I don't pray anymore, but I will defiantly keep you in my thoughts.
