We, the VRCC, have fifteen Maidenhead Fender Ornaments available for sale.  One of the fifteen has some imperfections in its chrome.

If more than fifteen are ordered.  We'll have more made.

If you don't like the idea of a fender ornament, they would, with the addition of nice wood bases, make fine desk decorations.

A portion of purchase price, of course, goes to support the financial needs of the VRCC.

Click the picture to order or to tempt yourself.

I bought one, and mounted it on my front fender, looked good. Within a month chrome pealed of the face from abrasion, sanded it completely, painted it black with plastic paint to match bike. Still a nice ornament, I like the look. The base is flat and needs to be sanded to meet the contour of what you mount it on. The material it is molded from is plastic not metal, sands readily and can be carved like soap stone.

The last time I saw these was in Michigan at Inzane.  There were only a few left then and they did not sell.

Wow!  That post was from three and a half years ago.

I was very disappointed in the quality of what was delivered.  We sold some, I think primarily to people wanting to support the VRCC.  We actually ended up giving a few away.

An interesting observation on online polls -  If you look at the one above this thread you'll see that well more than sixty people clicked the box titled "I'll buy one."  We sold fewer than twenty.  File that info where you keep your value of online polls.   Wink
