already know.....When we were leaving Myrtle Beach last Wednesday, I read the front page of their newspaper that said their Supreme Court had struck down Myrtle Beach's local law requiring helmets....I didn't read the whole thing, but it was something about the helmet law needing to be uniform for the whole State.....I guess the residents and business's against bikers will have to try something else to discourage bikers now??.....

Personally, I don't need any Govt. or Law to tell me to protect my noggin and handsome face....I owe it to the women to protect this handsome face!!..... Wink cooldude Cheesy Grin

EDITED to add that, unlike Willow and that TN Ridgerunner, Bashful Bob....I have a friendly face that doesn't cause folks to run off the road or make a train take a dirt road!!.... cooldude

Actually, the only reason people run from MY face is that they can't stand
to be in the presence of greatness!! (I was going to say 'perfection' but
I'm too modest!! Grin)

P.S.  The SC court said that a city/county law can't override a state law. The only
way MB could require helmets is if the whole state did. I'm wearing one anyway!
NO...I'm not wearing one right NOW....only when I ride!!!

in my opinion, i'm sure that the whole country will be required to wear helmets once our new government health care system goes into place.  some yahoo in the government will say it's in the nations best intrest to do so, let alone try and ban motorcycles all together......  just being synicle.
