There are still rooms available in Summit Village of Shanty Creek (ground zero).  The $89 per night rooms were all gone several weeks ago.  The remaining rooms are priced at $119 per night.

There are no cheap rooms at Shanty Creek.  There were some "specially priced" or "less expensive" rooms in the block provided the VRCC, but all the rooms are very very nice.  None could be called cheap.   Wink

Hey COOK'n in Utah,
I'm leaving from Ogden on the 10th for inzane, going up thru Yellowstone, over thru the Black Hills, up over the Upper pennisula.  If ya want to join us, give a shoot out.

So, concerning my previous post regarding rooms being available at Summit Village, time change.  It's almost not true at this point.

My understanding is that we are within a very few rooms (2 - 4) of occupying everything available in Summit Village for Friday and Saturday nights.

There are rooms down the road at Shanty Creek's other villages, but they're three miles away from Ground Zero.

Get them while they're still available!
