Just bought a 2001 Valkyrie and am wanting to know what the air valve under the drivers seat is for. Previous owner could not tell me and no owners manual. Thank you.

I believe what you are looking at is the Clutch Bleed Screw. It is located under the petcock, beside the alternator.

Have you got small thin pipes running from it to each of the rear shocks? If so it is to pump them up so will probably be Progressive 416's.

That was going to be my question.
Where does the other end go?
To shocks. or air bag, or NO WHERE.
