I don't think they ever believed that, just got tired of him being so selfish, separate dressing room, trying to run the team, and all the drama about retiring every year. I miss him, but I don't. He took us out of the playoffs (unforced interception) in his last game as a Packer the same way he did last year in New Orleans, and in the Super Bowl in Denver. I was amazed at how many really marginal throws last year worked because of some great catches by MN receivers. He better hope they can make him look awesome again next year, I'm betting against it.
Please don't think I'm anti-Favre, he was always my guy and I always enjoyed watching how much fun he had while playing. I just believe no player is more important than the team. When he left he wasn't even honest with us. It'll be interesting to see what colors he wears in Akron. Hope the Packers don't retire his number until we get that answered for positive. If he goes in as a Viking the Pack needs to assign #4 to the backup kicker!
In the meantime I can just feel stupid for how much I paid for this signed print back in the good old days  Embarrassed

This year the QB story is going to be the Arizona Cardinals replacement for Curt Warner.  Should be that young man from USC who has been sitting patiently for all these years waiting for the opportunity to be the number 1 QB.
