And some might think you are talking about Chrome for your bike.... ahhh, not so tho.   Here is a link  http://www.google.com/chrome/index.html?hl=en&brand=CHMB&utm_campaign=en&utm_source=en-ha-na-us-sk&utm_medium=ha

So tell us what you think?

Here's a much simpler link:  http://www.google.com/chrome/

Its light, and blazing fast.  I mean really fast.  Renders webpages like any standards compliant browser should.  Well worth a look if you are in the market for a different browser, or like to try new things.

For me, it can't replace Firefox.  I have a few extensions, or plugins for Firefox that I personally can't live without.

Many of you folks would save yourself a whole lot of grief with computer problems, and problems with malware/spyware etc if you would quit using Internet Explorer.  But, like this new message board, that would require moving out of your comfort zone and making a change.  And we all know how you feel about change!   2funny crazy2 Shocked Grin Cheesy

I've heard some good things about Chrome but I have a Mac and will have to wait tickedoff, as usual.

Hey, I don't mind change.  After all, I changed wifes once already.    Wink     I'll try out the Google Chrome deal just for chuckles.

Wow Thanks, I just downloaded  this and I think I like. Sure seems faster and easier don't really see enough buttons for it to be complicated.

I just downloaded it too. Looks like it will be much simpler to use once I get the hang of it. Besides, who doesn't need more Chrome Smiley

I use Firefox and am happy with it while my wife was using IE and had a lot of problems. We downloaded Chrome and she's very happy with it. It does load a lot faster and seems less complicated.

Well, since you asked. Cheesy

I use http://delicious.com/ to store all my bookmarks online.  At present, I have over 750 bookmarks saved. Anytime I find something interesting, or want to refer to later, I save.  As I save bookmarks I tag them with keywords for easier retrieval later.  I use the delicious addon for Firefox, which adds a couple of simple buttons to store and retrieve my bookmarks.  It also allows me to sync bookmarks across 3-4 different computers, so if I save it with one...all computers see the update.

I use Ubiquity from Mozilla Labs.  I'm not sure I can explain that one, but if you are curious, follow the link.

The rest are related to web and html development.

MeasureIt is an addon that allows you to measure elements within the browser.  Its handy for me to measure the pixel width/height of images and other layout elements when working on web pages.

Firebug is a web development (analysis) tool.  If you do web development, with html and css, its the coolest thing since sliced bread.  Especially if you are working with complicated templates like this message board.  If you don't, its useless to you.

Web developer is very similar to firebug, and I use it for some of the same reasons.  I now prefer firebug.

A short list, no doubt, but those are the ones I use on a daily basis.  Its not likely anyone else will find them useful, but there they are nontheless.

What do you use?  And by the way, I'm glad some of you checked out Chrome.  With a little use, I think you'll like it!
