I ordered an 11" crest, the price was 35 US$ ok no problem.
I used paypal and found the shipping cost was 25$ US, a bit steep but ok. Today I received a crest that is about 4" x4" fits in the palm of my hand, in a 6"x8" envlope with two 55 cent stamps attached. Now that's not ok. So I emailed the F6 store and received back the email I'd sent them with no comments from them.
I'm a bit concerned at this time about the F6 store.  tickedoff

I'm sure it was an honest mistake; they'll make it right.

I sent oZ and Karen emails pointing them to this post.  I'll also be speaking to oZ on Monday and will mention this, if they haven't yet responded.

Their shopping cart system on the website is not out of US friendly when it comes to the shipping charges. BUT I have ordered from them and they sorted it so I wasn't charged the stupid amount that their software said, I found them really helpful in sorting a decent shipping price out  cooldude cooldude I bet that you have just fallen foul of their software.

Quicksilver;

Don't have enough info to find your order. Could you email your order number to me at ozprez@gmail.com.

We've spent some time trying to trace an order with the little info we have. Of course we got that your from Canada but we have sooo many orders from Canada...

We even looked for your email on this board and it is listed as "hidden"

So as frustrated and sorry as we are we cannot move forward without more info...

Again all we got is your handle, just not enough to go on.

So very sorry Dann, not sure why it happened but the large one will ship Monday. I cannot understand what our employee was thinking, guess her mind was somewhere else. Please keep the small patch and expect to receive the large one shortly, Sincerely, Karen aka worker bee

Just received email from F6 store, Looks like all is well. Looks like I also received a credit of 21$ on the shipping costs.
Thanks to everyone involved. cooldude
