Just about home and I almost get wiped out by bike cyclist  Roll Eyes and all within 3 miles of home. Then it started to rain  Cheesy - fortunetly I had the bike in the garage before the big rain hit - just got soaked moving my gear back into the house  tickedoff

Helped a fellow biker in Boone NC - he came up to a stop on the oposing traffic and was trying to shift back down into first gear and he fell over  ???  I helped him upright his bike  cooldude

Heading north on Rt 16 on the Hungry Mother I ran into a goup of Sunday drivers on a Saturday  Undecided, I finally got around them in Tazwell - I took the by-pass  Cheesy They where bikers with a rubber neck  uglystupid2

FYI if your using 16 in West Va - watch the RR crossing in WAR the transision accross the tracks very bad with large chunks of cinders  tickedoff

1500 miles in four days,.....sheesh!

If you were the typical HD HOG rider that would be most of the riding season.

My brother has a 1992 HD FLHS, and his dealer strongly recommended that putting on more than 1000 miles per year would severely depreciate the value of his investment. He adheres to that advice be cause he now has less than 13K on it.

If I followed that advise, all my bikes would be less than worthless (73K on my 2K I/S, 54K on my 98 Rat Rod Valk, 159K on my 82 GL1100 & 72K on my 82 CB750F).

I may have to pay someone big bucks to take them off my hands.
