I'm in the process of changing my Champion hinges over to IS hinges as I'm adding the IS trunk.

I was wondering if its possible, or if someone has, put the IS bag locks on the Champion bags? The locks on the Champion bags use a very small key and it takes repeated attemps to lock and unlock the bags. I'm getting better at it but it still requires a few attempts. The IS locks look like a much better design. There appear to be a number of parts (cost) related to the lock on the HDL site. I was wondering if someone could post some close-ups of the IS lock and latch.

I hear what you are saying about the Champion vs. Stock I/S locks, but I can tell you that the I/S front 'hooks' are an easy 'bolt right up' switch from the Champion hinges...  I've done what you are doing, and swapped hardware with the guy I got the trunk from (he was going 'Super Valk'), and it worked out great!

Need to see pictures, when yer done  Wink
