Yes, with some slight modification to the pods and their mounting tabs to give clearance for the forward most stacks. You also have to raise the gas tanks about  1/2". Here's a link from Bigbf: http://bigbf.com/bigbf_shop/how-to_install_v-stacks/

The above link is not for the Interstate. This link is: http://bigbf.com/bigbf_shop/custom_i-s_pod_v-stacks/index.htm

You have a standard with an interstate tank there is nothing you have to do except raise the front of the tank a bit with washers or a spacer

I have the V stacks now. I'm adding the PODS and IS tank to my standard. I will be shimming the tank. I have the original carb covers in storage. For the IS I have seen where you need to cut into the PODS. I have been thinking about taking off the front V stacks so I don't have to cut the PODS and leave the rest of the V stacks on. Will see how it looks and go from there.

Another option I have seen, is to cut the V stacks in front, to match the pods.  Looked good.

One problem with "jacking" the front of the tank up is that the tank is no longer supported on its sides by the two rubber pads that are attached to the frame. The tank is only supported at the front and back and has the ability to rock from side to side if you push down on the tank. With only a 1/4 inch clearance between the tank and the stacks it could dent your tank. I have a 97 Standard with an IS tank and V-Stacks and my tank did get marred. When I recently repainted all my tins I wasn't about to let my new paint get marred again so following is what I did. (Besides, it just isn't good sense to only support it in 2 places when it was inteneded to be supported in four, it puts extra stress on the tank mounting ears.)
I used a 1/2 inch spacer in the front. I then experimented with different thicknesses and determined a 1/4 thick spacer strip on each side to contact the frame rubbers was just right. I super glued them to the bottom of the tank in the location shown on the picture. The tank no longers rocks.

Nice Post! It is a bit dicey when putting the tank on without whacking the stacks. I'll definitely do this the next time I have my tank off. Thanks!
