Finally broke down & bought/installed the 440's plus progressive fork springs.  Now I got a new I/S all over again! Wink

P.S.   used ATF fluid for front forks.   Have used it in the past with no issues.

Ya just don't know how bad those OLD Honda shocks are until you replace them. Hard to blow the dust off the wallet, but money well spent.   +1 Progressive 440's cooldude
  I replaced mine and replaced the fork springs at the same time...WOW makes you smile Smiley
