I had one of the Kury led models. The faceplate came off and I had exposed LEDs/ So I called Kury and asked for a replacement. They said they do not sell them.
I decided to  drill holes in my panel above the right speaker. I have a small arc of holes that match the LEDs. I can see the lights just fine.I did make adjustments for the day/night sensor on the unit by adding a white LED behind the panel

I have a Datel Digital volt meter mounted in the fairing of the I/S. It's fairly easy to mount on the right fairing side peice, above and left of the speaker, and it's easy to read there also.

Mounted my on top of the triple tree on the right hand (brake side). Not right in sight but easy to see at a quick glance. I then moved it up to the bottom side of the tach insert. Very easy to see but I had to put two layers of tape under it to get it high enough to clear the  lip of the inset.

I like mine small simple and easy to see its the light to the lower left of the tach. Its a signal dynamics and it changes color according to charge.

I have a Stinger digital voltmeter mounted on the LH speaker cover that is bright enough to read in daylight (blue display).  Note that the gauge is reading 11.7 volts because bike is not running with lights on.  Also the camera flash washed out the display.

I put a Battery Bug on my Interstate..easy to hook up  and  it also monitors  battery health. Mounted it between the handle bar clamps.
It's not lighted.
