It sounds like a squeaking, chirping sound coming from the inside of motor . It comes and goes and It stops when I pull the clutch in.
Where is the clutch push rod and how do I lube it?

Look up under the motor at the back of the clutch, the slave cylinder is right there, pull it out and put some grease on the push rod, not that hard.

dennis, it sounds like more of the same variety of typical sounds from a leaky (bad) vacuum hose on the smog control hosing system.
It does come and go with no apparent regularity.
A de-smog will stop it. So will changing out the offending hose.

Is the push rod and the lifter rod in the clutch slave cylinder the same thing ?

X2 with the cracked vacuum line theory. My 99 did that about 8 years ago - change the vacuum lines, rerouted them slightly and never had another problem. Feel under the #3 or #4 vacuum line to see if it is split.
