Had some VRCC members come vist me today we hooked up for lunch at Outback Steak House in Knoxville, Tennessee. From Huntington, West Virginia to Nebo , North Carolina .Thanks guys for makin' today special for me I'm proud to call y'all my friends. Left to Right... I've been better  but all and all I'm much better.I've been wingin' myself off the pain killers the last couple days and got out today ( in the car ) to vist with friends. Thanks for asking Michael on a 1 to 10 I'm a 7 now |

Yeah thats a thought that keeps runnin' in my mind Jabba I wear the same size Levi's 32 X 32 that I wore when I was 19 years old and I don't care anything about becoming a fat boy caused I stopped smokin' I'm going one day at a time now ... 15 days smoke-free . |

I went through a lot of toothpicks and chewing gum and still put on weight.
When you get feeling well enough to ride, ride instead of eating but you already know that!

by god i quit smoking when i was 19 and i was smaller then you .. better re think the not smoking part we all dont need two of us that would be ugly .. hey loe im just kiding ya boy take care or yourself i never did smoke sure didnt help me none . get better i wanta ride with you guys and girls down south .. eric

You're doing a great job doing what the doctor tells ya. You got a lot of family here in this club pulling for your full recovery. When you get down to a pain level 4 get the wax out and start cleaning that bike up. Work back into to the saddle easy don't rush into it... if you push yourself till it hurts you've done too much.
