We will be heading out Monday morning but if you need a place to crash and your rolling through between now and Sunday night feel free to let me know... I have a place you can rest your head and not have to foot the bill for a hotel room if you don't want to.   Just let me know!

OK, firm up for GearJammer and Early Bird for Saturday night.  I have no problem with a couch or even the floor.  Just glad to find a place to crash.  Not sure when we will arrive but I guess we could use an address and/or directions and/or a phone number.

Actually with a phone number we might be able to keep you informed of our progress and updates on arrival time.

My cell is two81-4six7-39zero9

Email is aurox at aoldotcom

So looking forward to this.  Just got finished putting your address in my GPS.

If we get away between 5 - 6 in the morning, hopefully, we can be in your neighborhood well before dark.

Everything says around 12 hours, but that does not include any stopping.  See how the backsides hold up.  Bobbie has a new Russell Day Long seat he is trying out.  We shall see if he can ride it all day long.

Early,

I rode from San Antonio to Home last year and it was truly a journey.  I pretty much just stopped for fuel and a bite when i needed one and I think I rolled in around 1am.  I didn't leave until 11am.  I just checked and it's about the same distance so I would imagine best case would be about a 14 hr ride.

Day Long... yeah we will see if it truly is a "day long" seat!!!

Ride safe! I look forward to as well  cooldude

My wife and girls just drove back from Austin Friday. Only a few stops or food and fuel. Left at 10am arrived in Topeka at 11pm

As for "day long" seats - I rode a 99 interstate stock seat 900 miles in a day - it all depends on what your butt can handle  Wink

First day I rode mine was from Colorado Springs down to the Austin, Texas area.  876 miles on a stock seat.  I took about 16.5 hours

We are still going to be trying for around 13 hours.  We can hope.  See how the butts hold up.

Wayne,

I think Wildman might be here tomorrow evening or for sure saturday.   I'm planning on early bird and Gearjammer being here in the evening saturday night.  Then on Sunday Pharmboy, his neighbor Dennis, Wildman, Hoser and his wife, Me and my wife will either cook out at my place or go out to Blind Tiger Brewery for dinner and a beer then come back and chill at the house.  You are more than welcome to come out.  That goes for any of the Kansas riders that want to hang out saturday or Sunday.  Gunslinger or Roadkill if you guys can make it out sunday that would be awesome.  The more the merrier  cooldude

Hope to see you Wayne...  Safe travels to you...   coolsmiley

So, Does this mean RoadKill & I aren't Kansas Riders?
Or that we are only welcome on Sunday, not Saturday? LOL 2funny

Bob... your real funny!!  How the heck have you been.  First and only time I have seen you was at the Hutchinson Salt Mine Museum late last year.  If you can make it come on up.  I talked to Pharmboy tonight and looks like we are going to cook out sunday night around 6 or 7pm is when they will pull in...  Should be a good time and a good way to kick off the week.  Wink

LOL, I can't make it up Sunday as I will be on shift. Might be able to swing by today, hard to say. I've gotten my self in the middle of a project and need to get it done.

Too late for me.  Some people have to work monday morning you know.  Oh, by the way...I sold the Valkyrie.  Still have the Yamaha Roadliner and I replaced the Valk with a 2007 Mini Cooper S. It doesn't have 6 carbs and I like that!

Have a fun safe weekend.

Bob,

Sure glad you still "lurk" around here.  It was sure a blast hanging out w/ you in Hutch.  Just cause you don't have your valk anymore doesn't mean we won't ride with you.  Hope to see you soon.  When InZane is done we will for sure do a get together.

Gunny,

If you can swing by do so... We will be at the house for the majority of the day.  I need to mow, change out antifreeze coolant, put in new headlight bulbs, try and remove a scratch on the clear coat.  And then maybe go for a ride this evening.  Depending on when Early and Gear get here.

Give me a call Gun!   cooldude
