Hey everyone... Raining here in Denver CO area. Good thing I watched the Weather Channel last night. I saw a lot of bike riders who probably didn't. Two of them were not wearing helmets. They looked pretty wet. Better them than me. I drove my Pick Up Truck. But, we all get caught in the rain sometimes. Looks like a similar forecast for tomorrow as well. Friday looks good so I will take the Valk to work then. This has been a fast week so far. Just waiting for the week-end. Have a nice evening y'all. tommy t IBA 1990.

Yep, rain here too.  I live in Woodland Park, work in Colorado Springs.  Rained all the way home last night.  The ride wasn't bad except for the arseholes in cages flying through standing water on the road.  Felt like someone threw a bucket of water in my face.  50 - 60% chance of heavy rain this afternoon, so I wimped out and took the truck today.

I hit some really heavy rain on the way home today (in my pick up). The standing water on the road was about 2 inches deep & at the curbs it looked like the St Vrain river. It was a total cloud burst. I am glad I was not on the Valk. Tomorrow is supposed to be nice & sunny. I will ride the Valk tomorrow. You know how these afternoon thunderstorms can be here in Colorado. They usually end up being tornados in Kansas. Well, Happy Friday-Eve to all. tommy IBA 1990 t.
