The aminals was wild today!!! Saw 2 gooses that acted fairly normal.
Three deerses that should have run away...but just kinda stood there
and looked at us. Eleventeen groundhogs and a couple of woodchucks.
I had a dove, a redbird, and a UFFO (Unidentified Flying Feathered Object)
try to see their reflection in my windshield. And 407&1/2 Junebugs committed
sewercide by dive-bombing me, my windshield, and every shiny part of my
Valkyrie they could get at. It was like one of them late night movies where
the aminals all get kinda goofy...and then a volcano blows up or an earthquake
destroys everything and everybody except a few bad actors. Glad I'm home!!!
(sure was fun, though)  Grin
Saw 3 other Valks...Smitty, Terry and his other brother Terry, and a black I/S
pulling a trailer coming out of Johnson City.

I have dodged various beasties over the years, including many whitetail, big turkey vultures, two black bear, cats and dogs, squirrels (which I try to run over), Harleys swinging wide around the corner, one golden eagle in CA, and a ton of road kill.  But a month ago, despite my best efforts, I went right over a great big groundhog.  Like hitting a speed bump at 40mph (except a little softer  LOL).... he was not deceased immediately, but I suspect eventually.... fat bustard.
