Has anyone contacted Gary for shock bushings  recently? I tried his number (360 757 8886) and got a disconnect message.

I sent him an email in May to see if he had any more rear dampers, but never received a response.

Darryl at XF-6 has the shock bushings, I just put them on mine and it made a world of difference.

I don't know if he has the dampers or not, you will have to ask him.

I just installed the VTX shock bushings in my Valk, part number 52489-HN0-671, list price $2.22 each. Nice bushings, perfect fit, easy install.

+1 on the new green VTX bushings. They are much improved over the old black rubber bushings. At that price the shipping will cost more than the bushings, unless you buy a couple of sets.

That price was from the local Honda dealer, no shipping, but I did buy three sets.

Hey all-
Been quite a while since I dropped in.
The phone # is n/g anymore. We quit land lines and just have cells now.
My new e-mail is eckfam-at-clear-dot-net
The web page on Rattlebars is still good for orders, if you want shock bushings. I have offered them on the Classifieds for 1/2 price if you mention the deal and you are a VRCC member. I will stand by that offer.
I have 3 sets of wheel dampers right now. If y'all wanna get together and make a bulk order, I will get some made up. I'd say if there are 10 buyers, that'd be enough. PM's here may get a slow reply. Try the e-mail....  Cheesy

There's been some interest in Gary's dampers recently but no one knew how to get up with him. Someone who needs them should start a separate thread to see who else responds.

daryl at xf6-custom makes shock bushings that once you put on and ride you will never go back to what you had. his bushings make the shocks work the way they are suposed to.

Gary's shock pushings are still looking good after 25k miles and installed his dampers a few months back...  Great product Gary.  Sure glad you are still around and doing well I hope.

Thanks again.

Gary, I've corrected the email address in your profile.  You should get an email when someone sends you a PM here.
