Water temp indicator?
«

A little while back someone was posting about water temp problem??'. A comment was made that the temp light on the Valk does not come on with the ignition as the oil light does. Mine does. They both come on at startup. Or did I read the original post wrong?

, I only get a side stand and oil light on startup.

Ferris,
On the Tach face are three Idiot lights. From left to right they are High coolant warning, oil pressure and side stand down. What I was asking was if the left most light, the high temperature warning light, came on with just the ignition on.

Better to be judged by 12, then carried by 6.

The temp light comes on when the coolant is over the specified temperature.(Owners Manual) 98 Tourer
