Summer has finally arrived in Scottsdale.

I don’t acknowledge the beginning of summer by looking at a calendar.  When I find that I can take a shower with the hot water turned all the way off and the cold water is room temperature or warmer than I know summer has arrived.  At this point washing either myself or clothes in cold water or getting a glass of cool water out of the tap will probably not happen till sometime in late September or early October.   Cheesy

This is what we have to put up with in lieu of shoveling snow in the Winter.   Smiley

On the bright side the heater on the bike is working well these days and there’s no need to waste gas letting the bike warm up in the morning as the ambient temp at 5:30a.m. has been around 92 for the last few days.  If this frugality keeps up maybe I’ll save enough to get the air conditioner on the bike fixed in December or January. cooldude

Another good thing is you can walk outside with wet hair, and within a few seconds it will be bone dry!  This really saves on electricity for the hair dryer!   Cool
