Averages are a nice indication, and usually better than all the other fancy meter-guessing equipment that they use.
However, most of the time they can't tell if it is raining outside or not with all that fancy equipment.
July is a long way away, who knows what the weather will be doing. Looks like averages are good riding during the day, chilly at night, but all around enjoyable. Just make sure you ride when it is  pretty and party by the pool when its cooler.

Was it Lewis Grizzard (from Atlanta) or Jerry Clower( from Mississippi) that proclaimed the great advantages to the weather-dog?
Send a dog outside, call it in before giving the evening news, use the dog to tell what the weather is:
if it is panting/hot outside
if the dog is shiver/cold outside
if the dog is wet/raining
if the dog doesn't come back/windy 2funny
