I've seen it at least 4 times.
One post for sale on the Tampa list. I offered to meet him the next day, cash in hand, and buy the bike. He was in Tuscon at a new job and the bike was at a warehouse in Miami. Send payment to some shipping co. and they would get the bike to me.
Not gonna happen, I told him, but I'll have a friend in Miami look at the bike and wire him the money in Tuscon.-all the next day. Never heard back.
About a week later I sent "aurair" an email explaining my belief that he was full of sh1t. Never heard back. Have flagged the ad(s) on c-list twice. Last time I saw it was on the Jax list.
100% crap,
This kind of stuff is like a 3 foot flame-it burns my butt.
