Oh yeah, I forgot...I want the same thing too except I want an over 2000cc engine also!  cooldude

(Of course I wouldn't complain if Honda made it a 2000 cc, fuel-injected, 6-speed Valk Interstate.)  Wink

Stand in line.  We've been wanting that for years.  In fact, we used to have a page on the site where we would "write letters to Honda".  It was fun but did no good.

The company seems to be run by the Marketing Department and V-Twinks sell. If it wasn't for the already established Goldwing, ST, and Crotch Rockets ... those would probably be gone as well. Well that's what my $.02 worth.

does seem to have their  AngryHeads up their ARSE! Angry

It seems that they think EVERYONE wants a V-Twinkie!

Maybe they'll eventually come around.

I know that I have no intention of buying a new Goldwing or ST1300.

But, if they offered an 1800 or 2000cc fuel injected Valkyrie Interstate, I'd be chomping at the bit to get a new one. cooldude

I agree 100% 3fan!
I have ridden all kinds of V-twink powered bikes & though they are nice they just aren't good enough regardless of the brand. I even tried the R3 for a while and it could not supplant the Valkyrie as my favorite. With it's smooth AND powerful flat 6 there is nothing else that measures up.

Tundra, that was me who walked out on Main St. Thursday 3/5 at BW to compliment your choice of motorcycle. cooldude We used to live within eyesight of Seminole High school for 10 years or so a LONG time ago. I'm a St. Pete native, we moved up to Hernando County in 1971. My family goes back quite a ways in Pinellas county. I moved up here to Marion County in 1988. I seem to keep migrating north but if we have anymore cold winters like the last one I'll be TJ's neighbor before long!  Grin

You didn't get the memo? They trasferred all those engineers to making lawnmowers. They don't have any interest in making good roadbikes anymore. Well, the Wing, but that fits into the small car category, airbag and all.

I'd be happy if they would let me buy a GW stripper again.
They were great pre-valk bikes!
