cobra 6-6 exhaust question
«

Hello Again
if you install the cobra 6-6 pipes, do you notice the loss in HP?
Also, are the 6-6 , and the boulevard cobra pipes the same?
thanks for any info.

No noticeable loss of power; I believe the Cobra boulevard and 6-6 pipes are one in the same. Terry

I got Cobras on mine & if I lost any power I'd gladly give it up for the sound(no baffels).More power there than I need anyway .

I agree with everything Poor Old Harry says - other than I still have the baffles in mine.

the cobra pipes will lose some peak horsepower, but most people don't use that portion of the power band anyway. the cobras, with proper jetting, might even help low end torque.

I painted the header end of my TBR pipes. They turned out pretty good. This should take you to that message.

I think the blue gives it character. It's kinda like battle scars on a football helmet.

You can get a product called Blue Away from most MC shops or Honda Direct line that does a fairly good job getting the blue off. Not to hard to work with.
