De-Smog Question
«

I want to do a complete desmog, all the plumbing. My question is concerning the bottom holes. Is there any plates that can be bought or do I have to make my own? I'm not much of a fabricator so If I have to make my own does anyone have any tips? Thanks!!

If you remove the lower smog tubes, cut them off to leave an inch of tube, fill them with JB Weld and reinstall, you're done.

They are soft tubing. Just, pinch the end together and fold it over a quarter inch. Presto!

Also you can cut them off and leave a little stub and screw a bolt in then cut it off flush.
