Now that things are starting to slow down a bit for me, and I am beginning to get caught up on what I missed while travelling, I would like to take the opportunity to thank EVERYONE that helped out at Inzane and made it the HUGE success that it was.  Not only were we able to donate $7,001 (plus 20 in Canadian), but as Chrome as stated, there was a considerable amount collected for the Kientz family!  WOOHOO!  I would also like to state, that after reviewing numbers, we have come to the conlusion that there were 515 people that attended Inzane, whether it was for one day, or many, that is the total in attendance.  I think that is AWESOME!

I have a huge list of people to thank, and if I omit anyone from this list, it is not intentional...maybe my rememberer needs a break...hehehe.

Thanks to:  Pat & Carolyn Schmidt for all the work they did, Misfit & Lil' Bit for being there on a seconds notice, Lyndel and Wizard for taking care of security, Tim and Sherry for the many "hats" they wore during the event (everywhere from cooking to DJing to selling tickets), Daniel and Fuzzy for the Tech sessions, the rest of the VRCC staff (oZ, Karen, Scoot, Joni, f6gal, Psycho, and Willow), RTaz and Dev'l (and the ENTIRE Michigan group), John and Alane for organzing the blood drive, Stitch for doing the poker run, all of my kitchen helpers (you know who you are), Dave for being there for me (thanks bud), and the many, many people that gave of their time to help us out with volunteering to work raffles, registration, security, bike games, bike show, etc., to Louis for working with Tim on the burgers and dogs (while learning some redneck talk with a Canadian accent) to the CMA for ALL of their help, and the many, many others that happened to help that I forgot to mention.  Shocked  And thank you to ALL of the vendors for their many, many donations!

Overall, things went great, and I was privileged to meet some of you for the first time, as well as visit with many I have met before!  We have an awesome group of folk and it is my honor and privilege to know all of you!  I don't think we could ask for a better bunch of people...YOU, the members of the VRCC ROCK!!!!

Again...THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU to ALL of you folks!  Inzane could not have gone off like it did without each and every one of you!

I did forget to mention the Shanty Creek staff...they were awesome and great to work with, the Bellaire police department, the sheriff's department were great as well, and the Bellaire Chamber of Commerce went all out for us!  They all went out of their way to make the VRCC feel most welcome there!  KUDOS to them!  cooldude

I must agree that this was awesome and having the warm and friendly locals there just added to the great experience, and thank you and Willow for quickly taking care of things for us, it was much needed and greatly appreciated.

Thank you and all the admin folks...what a great time!  None of
us realize just how much hard work goes into such a big event.

Oh...and thanks for the special invite to sample your amazing
baked goods Sunday night...what a treat.  Why doesn't Willow weigh 300 lbs?

You got the holiday fare.  At home we only get peanut butter and jelly and even then she usually snatches it off the table before I'm finished.  I only get to keep what's already in my mouth.   Sad

Thanks for taking the time to celebrate with us Sunday evening, Ron.  It's always a pleasure to be in your company.

Oh, and Ron, it was our evening to unwind, and we couldn't have spent it with better company.  It was great to have you all there for desserts!  I thoroughly enjoyed the company!

You have it all wrong Lori. It is us that should be thanking you. You, Connie, Pat, and Carolyn worked your tails off for the rest of us and we do THANK YOU! Without the efforts of the four of you there would not have been an Inzane. I am proud to have friends so willing to serve others. You folks ROCK! cooldude cooldude cooldude

My hat's off to the entire staff that was involved, I only know of the obvious ones but I'm well aware there were many others in the background. Thanks to you all for making it a great time to meet/greet old friends and new alike. I've only missed a couple InZanes going back to Zanesville, and they seem to get better each year. Even the returning vendors are old friends from years past, it was good to see and chat with them as well.

Here's hoping I can attend again in the years to come.
