I WAS WONDERING, ARE THERE ANY DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE INTERSTATE AND TOURER HARD BAGS AND ARE THEY INTERCHANGEABLE?

The hinges are different. The bags are interchangable.  Tourer bags have a center seam and interstate bags are seamless.
