I saw pics of that on the VOAI Board a few weeks ago. The guy who built that is a craftsman for sure. He also had some pics of an ST1300(I think) that he had done the same thing to.

Yep, he's a VOAI member. Here's his website: http://www.valk3.com/

Very impressive work for sure.

HOLY CR@#%&!!!!!

THATS MY OLD VALK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not sure what to think, glad someone could make use of it. If he has any interest in it's history, he only has to ask I guess.

He is three times more likely to crash that bike seeing as how he has 3 car tires on it.  2funny

I don't know if you go on the VOAI forum, but I'll post that the previous owner is on here.

Appreciate it. I sent him an e-mail that I would be glad to share maintenance records as there are a couple of things he really needs to be aware of. 1) the propeller shaft will not come out of the pumpkin do to an earlier incident where the weep hole was plugged by mechanic before I started doing all my own work, and it has a 6 degree trigger wheel, (needs premium). I do not go to the VOAI board, though I suppose I could.

It's an impressive conversion, but it's kinda' butt ugly to me. Lips Sealed

In case anyone thinks I am insulting the trike, in fact I am not, since that is only my "judgement'. cooldude

I'm sure he'll find it helpful. I remember him having some issues with the idle (I think) and was wondering about timing and the ICM.

From the photos I'm guessing it's well engineered?

I like it.

The front looks like a Lotus 7.

Hey thanks for all the comments I'm glad the original owner contacted me as I had a few questions and it's nice to know they person that had it last anyway.
Great machine and it was taken care of pretty well before the deer took care of it.  My other trike was also there as I gave that one to my kids to drive - Stealth11 (Rtriked st1100)

The reverse trike idea was just something I came up with after testing a Can-Am. I wanted one but not with the snowmobile engine. The valk is setup perfectly for this kind of alteration and the front assembly is actually a bolt on which can be removed if need be.

Surprising the various comments I get on the Valk3 - the Can-Am guys absolutely hated it and were very outspoken about it. The Valkyrie guys in general though it was cool and the Goldwingers were about 70/30 in favor.
Not everyone likes the looks but that's fine with me - can't please everyone so you might as well please yourself  Smiley
