Was in a lot of pain
Had a cold sweat
Pain was shooting down my neck from the spinal procedure last Thursday
My right arm and shoulder were numb from shoulder surgery
Doc at my bedside telling me the party was over
You bashed, smashed, battered and abused your body way too much
I would never Ride again or my spine would let go the next time
He told Sue if I got on the Bike again, she might as well get me a wheelchair
She told him he might as well put me out of my misery now, I’d never listen
All I said was WHERE THE HELL ARE MY KEYS
ALL I NEED IS SOME WIND IN MY FACE AND I’LL BE O.K.

Couldn’t get out of bed, when I finally did couldn’t stand…
Couldn’t find my keys, who took them, who hid them…
Started to sweat, was wobbly on my feet, everything started to get dark…

Then I woke up…what a freekin' nightmare.

Took HighBinders advise, took the keys and got on the bike yesterday.
Now I’m feeling better, still some pain but the worst is over, I hope.

Thanks to all of you for your kind words and thoughts.
Going to be around for a while longer.
See you real soon.
You are all part of my family.

I knew that story was B/S Cheesy you should have started it "Once upon a time" but if you ever do get that bad, give me the keys and I'll put you in a backpack and take you for a ride.. Grin
