Called them and the conversation went something like this:
MS: Good morning, Memphis Shades...
D: Good morning, I need to speak with someone in Customer Service, please.
MS: How can I help you?
D: Well, I bought my batwing fairing in the spring, and while washing it last Sunday after a couple of long rides, I found the top left fork tube bracket has broken.
MS: I'm sorry to hear that. If you'll give me your name, address, phone number, and tell me what kind of bike it's mounted to, I'll ship a replacement out to you today.
Just like that! No fumbling around. No "you need to go through who you purchased from". No "let me connect you with our warranty department". Good job, Memphis Shades.
