[/i]Update:  I just checked the moderation log and it doesn't show that anything was deleted from this thread.

That happens to me sometimes too.  I think it happens when the board has one of it's VERY common hiccups.  I seem to have figured out that if I post, RIGHT before it has one of it's "error episodes"... my post will be lost.

OK, but I usually check after posting.
Here in Canada we have Conservatives, Liberals, New Democrats (soft socialist/union party) and a smattering of oddball parties; Green, Communist, Rhino etc. As a young man I was NDP all the way, as a young working man I was Liberal, now in my 50s I'm Conservative.
The young want radical change, family men want thoughtful change, old men wish folks would just let things be as they were when they were young.

Well, I am about to turn 42.  I want radical change.  This country has been headed downhill IMO since well before I was born.

There ARE going to be poor people.

I don't mind having medical care for them.  I don't mind having soup lines for them.

I mind having people on public assistance having nicer phones than I do, homes with air conditioning, big screen TV's and fancy video gomes that I can't afford.  Let alone, afford to PLAY.

I am interested inradical change.  Radical change AWAY from the socialist cesspool we're becoming.

Why was my post removed? Do you have to be American to post here now?
Fred.

I have thought that a couple times.  I believe though, that what happened is that I hit the back button, BEFORE I actually hit the button at the bottom to post.  Thus, no post.

That may have happened.
