I'm looking online at a Memphis Shades batwing fairing for my tourer. I have not seen one in person. Can anyone who has one tell me if they like it. Can you mount anything (gps mount, pouches, etc) to the inside. Thanks.

Looks like he opted for a VTX headlight and a headlight extention bracket.

Love my batwing on my 98 standard. Use the trigger lock mounts also and have the 12" shield. Now if MS would just come out with a insert for the inside of the batwing for holding 6-1/4" speakers. The finish on the batwing is 10+

Right on Tom, it is a VTX headlight with a VTXtreme extender. There is also VTXtreme 6 degree triple tree on the bike which also changes the look.

I like mine, I also wish they had a 15 inch shield, I ordered someone else's 13 inch and it is just a tad short for me at 6'1" and a long torso. Not there is not any room for much under it as far as add on's. Jim

Thanks for all the info and the pics. They look great but I was hoping to have an inner surface for mounting. I'm sure that getting something like that is very expensive

Have you looked at Woody's fairings? He's a site sponsor and from what I can tell he makes a very good product. More expensive than Memphis but you are getting more too. I don't have one, maybe someone who does will post with their impression.
