10 - 4 on the rivit'itis. That's the way mine acted, plus it was almost impossible to find neutral and the bike would "creep" at a stop with the lever pulled in(to the hard stop). Complete new clutch = no more problems.
Ditto on the rivits, Mine went out when I was 1200 miles from home, I rode it back on I75 and rebuilt the clutch when I got home
