But the Pearland Little Leaguers (Southwest) won last night.  The Connecticut team had not lost a game in almost 2 years and their first loss was 14-1 to Pearland.

If Pearland loses out from here, we are still PROUD of our boys and they have accomplished a great deal!!!      They are our bunch of young Hay Haulers...

Tuesday evening at 7 p.m. Central time.  They will play the winner of New England(Connecticut) & Northwest(Washington). 

They have already beaten New England 14-1 and Northwest is 1-1.  We will see how it goes.

Hey HayHauler,

I'm from Connecticut, and though I wish our boys would have won that game,     it's great for them to have gotten that far.    I was hoping that we would beat that Washington team this evening in the losers bracket. We did beat them once before, but tonights game was scratched for rain. 

I coached Little League here is CT for 13 years when both my boys were younger, and even though we had some great teams, Williamsport was just a dream for us. What an experience for those kids!

I wish your team from Pearland the best of luck! Who knows, if we beat the Northwest team, we could see you and again and maybe turn the tables!

That's right, we could play you again.  I don't quite understand why or how, but I see it in the brackets.  Yea, if the Pearland Boys lose out from here, we are really proud of what they have done this far.  Are they going to play these games tomorrow and push the other games back?  I see that they have a rain out date next week, so I think they will just push them back.  As long as the rain only lasts for one day, they should be good.

I'm not quite sure when they will play. Turned the tube on tonight to catch the game and caught the announcement that it had been rained out.

Well, sad to say but Connecticut lost their second game today, so they are done. Good luck to the Pearland, TX team.

It is a heck of a thing to make it that far, so we are proud of our CT boys!
