It was as bad as I'd hoped!!! Not sure you can compare it to
Plan 9 from Outer Space, though. Plan 9 was actually supposed
to be a horror flick. Klowns had too much "planned" comedy, IMHO.
Also they were 40 or so years apart. Great special effects in both!!
I think the producers were looking more to make a cult classic than
a real "skeery" movie. Definitely bad, though. cooldude
