Ok, Delmarvabikeweek is closing in on us fast! september 16th thru the 19th. 130,000 bikes last year, looking for a record breaker. Its a very good time, not as rowdy as lil sturgis and alot more entertaining than roar to the shore(sorry jersey boys). I know of a few coming this way. have reservations here for 2 couples from the VRCC so far. got 4 more coming from jersey. wondering who is gonna attend the event this yeaR?? Reason is because Saturday night, after a glorious ride thru the flat lands of the Eastern shore, is our lil bikeweek get together. tons of food, drink and great people just having a good time. I hope to see john(STEELERS) and dino(johns brother) again this year, havent heard from AndyM yet and I lost his number in my old phone. I hope to see more valks than last year. I do have a few locals from around here(riding their valks) coming by so, we may see 6 or 7 valks ina row. Both of mine will be finished and ready to ride by then. Phat girl finally getting her well deserved paint job and LD is getting a face lift after her fight with a motorhome. Please, if you decide to come down, do it saturday so you can visit with all of us. Sure would be nice. Any questions, please call me on my cell. 410-251-5365 http://www.delmarvabikeweek.com/ this is the link for the event. Hope to see a few of ya.

saturday morning, we are going on a small ride thru the great ruralness where I live. pretty country but really flat. lol only going 200 miles cuz some women and beginners in teh ranks. so, just a mosey is what it is. afterwards, everyone is coming back to my house for food and drink and telling lies!! lots of fun and great company. all are welcome. if you wish to stay overnight and ride home sunday, that would be fine. I am sure we could find a spot for you to curl up for the night...

Hey Dave, Yep, Ill be there barring a weather catastrophe. My brother wont be coming. Busted himself up really good dirt bike riding. Hes out of commission for 6 months. My buddy Tim with the Harley will be there as well as my best friend who does ride a Valkyrie and a few other friends. Should be about 6 of us. Were coming in on Friday and staying till Sunday this time. It was way too much fun last year. Have to say, I didnt know or even really talk to Dave except one time last year before we met up with him and went and hung out at his house. Great guy. Ive been waiting for this bike week since it ended last year. I cant wait. Im from Jersey and Roar to the Shore is a joke compared to Delmarva bike week. See ya soon.

Saturday Day, I am working a fundraiser for Deborah Hospital from 7am to 5pm. BUT I would LOVE to clutter your driveway with a Valk and tell some WOPPERS if you could find a little corner for me and my gal to rest our weary heads for the night. I'm free all day sunday for the locals tour. What can we bring ? PS- I need to check out yours and Steelers ride and steal some ideas. Tonysax

Dave Riding out Friday Eve sounds like a good idea. If there is still room, I will crash with you guys of Friday and if its not too much imposition, maybe Sat eve . I will bring the Crown this year since I depleted your stock, unless you like something else better
Anything else I can bring , just shout (as long as it fits on the Valk

Im hoping to ride out on the eve / afternoon of the 17th and stay over at Daves house. If you want to ride out saturday, I can do that too. Im in Jackson, but we can meet up on 295 , etc. I work in Turnersville, so I may leave from there if you are interested in riding down there with me. Another option is the Cap May Ferry

Praise the lord He shifted the rain to Thursday but for some reason Dennis is riding out on Thursday so I wont be riding with him. I guess I will just ride out by my lonesome on Friday as originally planned. Please let me take this opportunity to thank you once again for your hospitality..
Hope your family will be there like last year ..great folks :-)

I was short on time and blasted solo down from Jersey just for the night. I was glad I made it! I find Dave's house at night by his Big Bike lit up like a Christmas tree at the front of his driveway parked alongside half a dozen Valks and a few HDs. Music was cranking and food was abundant. I I met up with a few riders from the Blue-Grey ride who pointed me to Dave's Garage/Man Cave. What a great set-up. Dave lets me coax him into showing off his monster bike. Hearing that thing run in person is friggin amazing....it's just pure evil. I brought down the fixings for Lynchberg Lemonade and tell Dave I have Everclear to mix. Well he lights up and puts shot glasses on the bar. I tried to warn him thats Grain , a couple other guys did too. Well.....he pours himself a double shot at proposes a toast. I made sure I had a fast beer chaser and chips, Dave SLAMS it. Now, anyone who has had done a shot of 190 proof rocket fuel before remembers the fire associated with it. He grabs the bottle ready to refill the glass and when the proper 30 seconds elapsed, Dave's eyes widened, his face reddened, eye's widened some more and he promptly exited the building . He came back in after 5 minutes suddenly remembering the pain involved doing it neat. He took the bottle and banished it to the fridge. Alot of stories were told, alot of drinking, eating, laughing, and drinking some more. The guests dropped off one by one. Dave showed me to my room in the attic. It was dimly lit, I was majorly lit. He tole me watch those steps as I manage to fall UP the entire flight. I woke up to a collection of princess's and fluffy monsters staring at me. I had the "toy Room". Scared the he!! outa me. I wobble downstairs to where I see the same silent group quietly telling stories over coffee. Half hour later Dave comes out in his fuzzy slippers and a little in slow motion. Andy and I left and hit monster traffic, we found some back roads, hit rt9 by the Augistine Inn (boarded up) Andy and I parted on the Jersey side of the bridge. Thankyou to Dave and Tracey for the hospitality. I never even got to see a vendors tent and had a blast. I can't wait to Ride In again. Dave took alot of photos.

This was my second year enjoying Dave and Tracy's hospitality . Met Rick and Deb, Daryl and some equally nice friends of Daves, Tony Saxx, John and a few others. I stumbled upstairs as well and cant believe I made it to the third floor. Daves man cave was indeed cool, especially the musical boobs on the wall ...OMG ....... As usual, thier family was down from Jackson and we all tipped a few beers and had lunch down by the water with the biker crew at a really cool tiki place. I did get to stop by the vendors and added to my T shirt and pin collection :-) Thanks again for another great weekend to remember ...............
