Wow.  I only got 11.  I expected to do better.

oh well.  I don't spend much time getting marketed, and that is A LOT of what it was about IMO.  How well has companies branding been rammed into our heads.

I got 17.  Too bad my favorite car wasn't mentioned.  Do you know what it was?  I wished that I still had it.

Olds-mo-go.

Had a 55 Hardtop with a straight stick in it.....  Would flat fly up to about 1K and then fall on it's nose......  We had Buicks on the Patrol then, and the Olds-mo-go was the closest I could come to the Buick.   Especially when Our dealer didn't want to talk to ya.   Wasn't going 300 miles to find one either.  Wish I had of now, but later I found out those nail head jobber do's would eat pistons like candy bars.........

Yep, you're right Hoser.  It's a '49 Olds Rocket 88 with a four speed Hydramatic.  The first  year for the ohv V8.  The car was light and the 303 ci had torque down low, a perfect match for the hydramatic.

I cleaned clocks regularly with it.  Fords, Chevys, Dodge, even Chyrsler with their Hemi's.  The hemis would go but the slushmatic drive slowed them down.  The Hydramaitc was solid shifting.
I finally lost to a '56 Chevy V8, either a 283 or 327 'Corvette' engine.
