If you read the entries on the hilarious blog "Steve, don't eat it", you'll know why this post
reminded me of that.

Wrong kind :-)

I'm trying to find out if the big bugger would have been edible. It must have weighed 5 or 6 pounds. Enough mushroom to give 10 grown men a good dose of gout !!!

My physique problems are in the other direction, unfortunately... (5'19", 300+ pounds, and the kicker: dual herniated discs in my lower back, can't take the bouncing around of off road riding...  Sad )

Rode My 2009  KLR today and experienced a new road that SmokinJoe told me about that

snaked across Walden's Ridge onto State Route 330 , that in turn runs into the Devil's

Triangle.

Sorry no pics, was not even sure I could find the road, but sure enough found the road and

road the Triangle all the way to the prison.

Even with one lane washed out and under construction.

The road crew was trucking in the culvert while I road past on the same road, when I got

to the end of the closed zone the road was almost completely blocked.

Every body had to turn around but somehow the road crew had let me ride one of  my

favorite roads.

My Trusty Steed.

Great Mushroom pics Britman and that KLR 650 you have there looks like it is

dressed and ready to do battle.
