Here is the list of folks from the VRCC that will make the ride....Not on the list is a few that claim they are coming from another forum I'm a member of .Kari at the friday night motel in Natchez claims 22 rooms have reservations for The Smokin'joe Ride.

Me painter and poe are leaving Thursday after i get out of class, Do you know if any of the areas we are staying at are Dry counties. Just checking in-case we need to pack more PBR   cooldude cooldude cooldude

I have no idea Preston about dry county's in that area ???  Maybe someone from around there will see this and chime in...Suggestion...If you have room bring it with you if you don't have room ...Make room  cooldude

Natchez is certainly not dry.
Mississippi went wet statewide in 1968. Not aware of any dry counties.
Booneville may or may not offer drinks, but 25 miles south is Tupelo it is also not dry.

Did a check on the internet.  Booneville and the county it is in are dry.

Booneville may or may not offer drinks, but 25 miles south is Tupelo it is also not dry.

Actually Mississippi didn't go wet but allow the counties and municipalities to vote on whether they wanted to go wet.  For example, I live in George County.  It and the county seat, Lucedale are dry.  Immediately to the west is Stone County.  It is dry yet the county seat, Wiggins, allows beer sales only except on Sundays, Blue Laws.
