After having driven and ridden the mountains out west for about 30 years, I thought I had seen some switch-backs.......that is until today.
Today I experienced Rattlesnake Grade: WA hwy 129 south from Asotin until it turns into OR hwy 3 across the Grand Ronde River.
AWESOME is all I can say.
The Honda ST1300 guys were having a rally in Moscow, ID and there were lots of them on the road and it looked like they were having a ball.  Jan and I stopped for lunch at To Boggans grill down at the bottom of the grade on the river---great burger and shakes.
If you ever have the opportunity to ride this road, DO IT!!!
